Sooo I just participated in a super cool contest, i hope to find more like this in sl. I originally entered the contest only conspiring to spend more time with big dookie, but I have to say the contest was more than just bonding time. Kudos to the brains behind the contest,Second Spaces, it was very creative. So in a nutshell we were given a box, allotted 200prims each and a budget not to exceed $1000l. With these parameters we were to create Santas Escape, in other words...what would Santa be doing the day after Christmas. I was def impressed with all the entries, a few stuck out to me and i featured them below. Great job to all the designers and ty to the people who held the contest, it was lots of fun!

I love shoes. i love shoes so much that i believe i prolly was one in a past life. not just any shoe tho, i was a dope ass sneaker. one that you were proud to own, but never wore b/c if anything scuffed it you kno u would have an adult temper tantrum. and although i appreciate the flyness that horenbeek, urban bomb unit, and ordinary provide us with, i love a new guy. 2real is new to me and i love the designs he has on the line of shoes he put out. check the dopeness out at his store here. oh and...he also has a coo watch he has out as a giveaway.

i went to the mall a few days ago and seen a long line coming out of the theatre, ok not just a long line, but a ridiculous line. i heard some guys talm bout..."thats for that sparkly guy movie." lol. i guess not everyones a fan, at least not in public. but i am!! so i got new moon fever and made some shirts to pay tribute. you can check em all out here!
I was shoppin around the other day and came across this small shopping center called Triad Town. The shopping center is built well and includes plenty of great finds. It also includes a cool lil hidden underground room that makes candy =] Definitely worth the trip.

I am so excited to blog about this store urban dollhouse! Not only is the furniture, accessories and overall look dopeness but the maker of it all was the person who taught me how to build my first prim!! The designer and builder of everything pictured below has always had an interest in sl in decorating and design. She is a great friend and a fly creator with great taste. ohhh and dont think i dont remember...lol. This all started with this incense bowl here. This was one of her first creations for the store and the drive for her to continue creating greatness.
i think most of us agree when i say when u find good shoes in sl, its like a triumph, and sort of accomplishment comes over us, especially when someone asks "where'd you get those?" when someone asks me that it makes my feet blush =]
