[inserts whispers here]...that the rumor sim is dope as hell! Make sure to check out the rumor sim not only for the trick or treating (there are pumpkins set out in each store until next weekend that offer some great treats,) but for the flyness of the sim. It really is beautifully done, my favorite parts are the caves, the bathing beauty, and the mermaid. Kudos to everyone involved, this is setting a standard. yay this week was definitely an improvement from last week. I was surprised there wasnt more of a theme but I guess thats what project themeory is for! What can I say everything else on this list could've been shit and I'd still be happy cause I'm a sucka for some cowboy boots! yay new sneakers! if there is one thing in sl that lacks its definitely a variety of sculpted kicks. I still love my drunks and chucks, i love my 2reals, i love my hoorenbeeks when they on sale lol. But i am so glad to have been introduced to [blkout] today. A friend and sl family member had gone offline for awhile only to come back strong as ever introducing the following line of shoes. I am truely glad to have him back and some fresh kicks! tp to the store here.
So every week I do my 50l fri post cause well, I love doin it and seein what the designers come up with. 50l fri has introduced me to some of my favorite stores and has offered me some really great items. BUT, yes theres a but...I didn't even want to do the post this week because so many of the items were so repetitive. Miel steps it up everytime, she did an appropriate and creative necklace that looks great. Artilleri is always on their game. Young Urban keeps me interested. Deco kept an October theme. Don't get me wrong I actually like everything that's on the list but so much of it (not all of it) is repetitive. I'm not sure if stores are running out of mojo or if theyre just tired of offering 50l items weekly? Either way hopefully the rotation next week will step their game up and get people excited again.

yay! it's back! Albero's autumn gatcha festival! From October 20th - November 24th you can pick up all the goodness over at the gatcha festival. I think any of the albero gatcha festivals are one of my favorite things to do, I love cute things in cute packages. The festival is a great way to do some xmas shopping too since the objects are transfer and there's such a wide variety of items often. There were a few places who hadn't put out yet but overall there is a big selection. My favorites were Doppleganger's pj pants, Pig's underoos (I need to go back cause I wanted the patterned ones but I kept pulling up the basic underoos every time I took the gamble lol], and some candy corn fangs by A.D.D. Andel. SO if you have a few minutes, take some time and head to the gatcha festival here to check out the goodness!

I made it back to the hair fair just before it said goodbye! One thing I noticed alot of was different designs shaved into hairbases and styles to show them off but the hairbases aren't attached to a skin and only work with the 2.0 version of sl. Maybe these styles will prompt some old sl viewer users to make a switch to a 2.0 compatible viewer. I finally downloaded a new viewer with 2.0 capabilities but that functions like the old sl. I have to thank Barbie at the identity blog for makin me catch up on the times cause I wouldve kept my stubborn self on the old viewer. I checked out pheonix and emergence viewers and emergence seemed to work good for me once i changed the skin to the default sl one. I prolly need an overview of what else the 2.0 compatible version is capable of that i care about besides hairbases lol.
Either way hairbases were enough for me to make the switch, check out the goodness from the hair fair before they are gone!

i had to check it out. the build is great, i love the tents and the details in them, so kudos to the creator. im not gonna lie i got confused with the overall layout, i hit up many tents more than once and prolly skipped some and was going to give up before a friend passed me the url links, they were super helpful.

Introducing the playhouse! If it looks familiar...its because it is, the playhouse is just like the dressing rooms we love...but for kids! I got to go a day early and check out all the great stuff for my kid av. My favorites this time around are definitely the kickrockz robot wooden necklace and the cute bytes swot hair. kickrockz stays creative pretty consistently when it comes to accessories, they also are a staple place to go for boys clothing and if you haven't been to cute bytes, you are missing out. They are the definition of creative. Cute bytes offers a little bit of everything fashion related and puts her cool mark on every piece.
