Check out the ugly sweater party at the Rumor today, Saturday, November 20, 3:00pm slt, at the Rumor theatre!

thee rumor is...

[inserts whispers here]...that the rumor sim is dope as hell! Make sure to check out the rumor sim not only for the trick or treating (there are pumpkins set out in each store until next weekend that offer some great treats,) but for the flyness of the sim. It really is beautifully done, my favorite parts are the caves, the bathing beauty, and the mermaid. Kudos to everyone involved, this is setting a standard. The newly renovated sim is also holding a contest from now until November 6th. See below for details.

yay this week was definitely an improvement from last week. I was surprised there wasnt more of a theme but I guess thats what project themeory is for! What can I say everything else on this list could've been shit and I'd still be happy cause I'm a sucka for some cowboy boots! Also this week make sure to check out Fir's hangover pants and Tiny Bird's hair (i love love love that they always offer red.) And definately check out barcode because in addition to 50l friday she is having a 50% off sale off everything in the store. She has a kitchen that is dope, looks like it could've jumped off the pages of my ikea catalog, so check that sale out!

yay new sneakers! if there is one thing in sl that lacks its definitely a variety of sculpted kicks. I still love my drunks and chucks, i love my 2reals, i love my hoorenbeeks when they on sale lol. But i am so glad to have been introduced to [blkout] today. A friend and sl family member had gone offline for awhile only to come back strong as ever introducing the following line of shoes. I am truely glad to have him back and some fresh kicks! tp to the store here.

thee 50l friday 10.22.10

So every week I do my 50l fri post cause well, I love doin it and seein what the designers come up with. 50l fri has introduced me to some of my favorite stores and has offered me some really great items. BUT, yes theres a but...I didn't even want to do the post this week because so many of the items were so repetitive. Miel steps it up everytime, she did an appropriate and creative necklace that looks great. Artilleri is always on their game. Young Urban keeps me interested. Deco kept an October theme. Don't get me wrong I actually like everything that's on the list but so much of it (not all of it) is repetitive. I'm not sure if stores are running out of mojo or if theyre just tired of offering 50l items weekly? Either way hopefully the rotation next week will step their game up and get people excited again.

thee autumn albero gatcha festival

yay! it's back! Albero's autumn gatcha festival! From October 20th - November 24th you can pick up all the goodness over at the gatcha festival. I think any of the albero gatcha festivals are one of my favorite things to do, I love cute things in cute packages. The festival is a great way to do some xmas shopping too since the objects are transfer and there's such a wide variety of items often. There were a few places who hadn't put out yet but overall there is a big selection. My favorites were Doppleganger's pj pants, Pig's underoos (I need to go back cause I wanted the patterned ones but I kept pulling up the basic underoos every time I took the gamble lol], and some candy corn fangs by A.D.D. Andel. SO if you have a few minutes, take some time and head to the gatcha festival here to check out the goodness!
