The Seasons Hunt is by far my favorite and one of the very few hunts I'll do on sl, it may be the only hunt besides the tea hunt I complete. Its always well organized with tons of great prizes and fun themes. This year we are on the lookout for Steve the Shark!

I definately enjoyed some of the slickness of the store owners that put out multiple Steve's so you have to find the right one (Cheeky Pea & Epoque did a great job of this.) I'd have to say What Next had the most appropriate placement for Steve and {theosophy} had the most original placement. All in all I finished the hunt this morning and I couldn't have done it without a friend I picked up along the way named エリエリ (ellyerie.eddenbaum). We stuck together after afks and crashes and completed the hunt together in no time! Thanks elly for all your help =]

There are no hints with this hunt, which is expected, it is the OG of hunts and well, whats a hunt with hints...its not a hunt. But if you get stuck trying to find some of the clever hiding places, there is a group in world you can join and ask in chat for some help. You'll get a mixture of replies from helpful to asstastic, but someone is sure to help.

What can I say imma sucka for some kicks. I wasn't sure if this store is new or not so I hit up the owner, xclusive Verino, and asked him how long he has been creating, he has been sculpting since 2010 and I'd say is doing a pretty good job. I was introduced to Verino's shoes while inspecting one of my sl kids "friends" shoes (I think they dry hump when I'm not home.)I went to the store leaving them home alone to fufill my sl kicks quota and bought a few pairs to test them out (no demos but he said possibly in the future there will be demos offered.)The shoes speak for themselves, so check em out at his main store here. It seems like he is active and hopefully he will make new releases often!

RandoMuseum is pretty dope. Its like getting the golden ticket from your favorite stores. Basically you go here and check out the goods. You play the gatchas to get the prize in the gold frame above it. Once you win a "card" you take it to that stores main location and click the item in the gold frame to receive it. Last month we appreciated Art Dummy so it goes hand in hand that we follow up the ever-flowing creativity of Art Dummy with the ever-creating genuis of Lisp. I've watched Lisp flourish this past year. They went from having a smaller store of original themed sets to having a sim full of sets that are appropriate to decorate your whole house with.

Lisp not only cranks out new items on an almost weekly basis but they do it without missing out on the small things. The texturing and details they put into their work is what makes checking out the new releases fun to see. I've seen and picked up many things from Lisp, some of my favorites being an umbrella lamp that had the raindrops as the the bulbs, a book shelf made of books, a hanging lightbulb with a mustache, any and all of their holiday decor is great. If you haven't been before make sure to check out their Halloween set. Check out some of the items Lisp has to offer below and then check them out in world here.

I was really impressed with this weeks 50l fri, so much so that it made me wanna change my av. I don't change on a daily basis, sometimes on a weekly basis, but todays 50l fri made me wanna change twice!

I really liked the boots over at Fir & Mna, I still need to try the jeans but I scooped them up too. Ingenue had some cute flats I bought for me and gifted my kid av =] Kyoots bathing suits, League and Miel's jewelry, Olive Juice's poses, Fawns leggings, basically everything was a win this week. My favorite thing was Miel's jewelry it came with a necklace and bracelet that both had huds where you can customize the beads to say whatever you want. Imma sucka for personal touches. We change houses almost as much as we change in clothes in sl. I guess its another creative outlet and I love using different items I pick up and fitting them together to make sense in "my world." Below are some snaps of our new boathouse, it feels casual and comfy which is pretty much our style.

Some of my favorite things I found to add to the house include a katana cleaning set, some oreos in a cute little tupperware (its the little things), the lizards that hang out around the house, the chia pet from Intrigue & Co, and of course my pig. I wish Zoobys would make a pet pig that would follow me around already. Then my sl would be complete. There's too much stuff to note where its all from, I'm too lazy for that, if something catches your eye let me know and I'll give you the creator.

The Home & Garden Expo has tons to offer - houses, home accessories, landscaping, building lessons, entertainment, charity, and scavenger hunts! The best thing so far that I have found is that I don't lag at the 10 sim filled expo nearly as much as I did at recent events. I love expos and fairs and any events with such a collection of great designers but I don't even bother going if I can't move.

There's plenty for everyone at this expo - vintage, rustic, modern, fantasy, etc. I saw some new things from some of my favorite home designers including a new modern beach house from Prefabulous. Dutchie, another store I am familiar with, set up a house and furnished it really well. I also found new designers that I am definitely going to check out their mainstores like Panache and ReBourne Prefabs. And of course there were some great overall creative store set ups at the expo like Lisp & Art Dummy, Artilleri was looking retro as ever, and Fae Faire H & G Owner definitely caught my eye.

So...I snapped a few pics using my Kari photo hud, check em out...

I didn't get to check out everything yet, when I have time I am looking forward to checking out what the loft, north west, what next, and lalalicious have to offer at the expo.

I was browsing the sales today and came across a home store (no names, im sure if you're clever you can figure it out) I had never been to before. I love finding new stores because it means new things I haven't seen before that I can buy and add to my ever growing collection of things i dont need but must have for my pixel haven.

I landed at the new store and was somewhat familiar with the surroundings, it reminded me of What Next's overall store set up that creates an inviting atmosphere of reminding you of home. As I start walking into the building I see somthing else familiar, an entrance fixture that I've seen at Lalalicious before. I even inspected it to see who made it because it was so similar, sure enough the store owner was the creator. Then I ran (because i dont walk in sl) thru all the different rooms checking out the furniture and home accessories figuring out that it cant be a coincidence that I've seen these pieces before. From lights, chandeliers, bookcases, cabinets, and more, I realized that I have some of these things in my inventory all ready but not from this creator. There were a handful of things that I hadn't seen before and I liked but it made me question whether I just hadn't discovered another store she had already. I guess its like they say...imitation is the best form of flattery but to me creativity is golden. It also made me appreciate the current home & garden stores that I frequent when I need something for my sl home or the school. So I'm going to try and feature a home & garden store that I appreciate as my time permits. The first in this series will be art dummy!

Art Dummy I discovered while visiting Lisp (another store I will definitely be featuring.)The store started with a few things and has continued to grow and release quality products. Its like the creator has an insight into exactly what I like. Our first transaction was a cute lil goldfish swimming around, a chalkboard bed set, and well...a wooden art dummy. These items reflect my personality and of course that's what I'm looking to do when I work on personal projects in sl like my home. Below are some other find's from Art Dummy.

Pics of the new house! It's from Funky Junk and I love it. The space isn't overwhelming but is definitely big enough to be a family home. It's layout is pretty open downstairs and it has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs or 2 larger bedrooms and 1 small bedroom if you dont feel the need to bathe ya pixels or have a digital morning booboo (winks). The screen windows are something that was unique from this house that big dookie noticed, its the little things! Enjoy the pics...

You have been my one of my few favorite sims in sl since I first discovered your hidden graveyard and climbed the stairs to your sultry stage years ago. Since discovering you back then you have gone thru a few rennovations keeping up with Jones' and reinventing your creative direction never to dissapoint. My favorite thing about you isn't the unbeleiveable amounts of creativity and artistry or the quality stores and products you house but its the little things. Every time I go, its the little things like the souvenier t-shirts at the entrance, the advice from the love goddess, or the unicorn in the trailer park. The little things count because I can continue to go back and find somthing new that overlooked. I love the new sims textures and builds, the colors are amazing, you never disappoint. Thank you for continuing to be one of my favorite places in sl.

I stumbled on some new kicks the other day while staring at the feet of one of my homeslices. She passed me the lm to BALKANIK 2.0 and I waited a few days to go, when i went I was surprised how big the store was. They offer alot of different items, the items I liked best are pictured below. They included their shoes and sweatpants, they also have a cute belt right upfront by the door. But their kicks stand out, they are creative and most are colorful. Currently we are expanding the Brazyville sim to include a college. We have ran a successful high school on the sim since 2007 and have recently decided to expand the casual roleplay environment to include a University.

BSU is a combination of a casual urban roleplay and a sl life skills University. The student and staff mixture is vast. Characters come from all walks of life and interact with each other at during classes, free time, group activities and sports.

We are currently looking for professors, department heads, and campus police. So if you have a passion, a skill, or exceptional knowledge you would love to teach others than this is the opportunity for you. If you are interested just grab an application here.

We are also recruiting for our competitive football team the Brazy Saints. You can pick up the info at the same area as the BSU staff applications.

yay new sneakers! if there is one thing in sl that lacks its definitely a variety of sculpted kicks. I still love my drunks and chucks, i love my 2reals, i love my hoorenbeeks when they on sale lol. So every week I do my 50l fri post cause well, I love doin it and seein what the designers come up with. 50l fri has introduced me to some of my favorite stores and has offered me some really great items. BUT, yes theres a but...I didn't even want to do the post this week because so many of the items were so repetitive. Miel steps it up everytime, she did an appropriate and creative necklace that looks great. Artilleri is always on their game. Young Urban keeps me interested. Deco kept an October theme. Don't get me wrong I actually like everything that's on the list but so much of it (not all of it) is repetitive. I'm not sure if stores are running out of mojo or if theyre just tired of offering 50l items weekly? Either way hopefully the rotation next week will step their game up and get people excited again.

yay! it's back! Albero's autumn gatcha festival! From October 20th - November 24th you can pick up all the goodness over at the gatcha festival. I think any of the albero gatcha festivals are one of my favorite things to do, I love cute things in cute packages. The festival is a great way to do some xmas shopping too since the objects are transfer and there's such a wide variety of items often. There were a few places who hadn't put out yet but overall there is a big selection. My favorites were Doppleganger's pj pants, Pig's underoos (I need to go back cause I wanted the patterned ones but I kept pulling up the basic underoos every time I took the gamble lol], and some candy corn fangs by A.D.D. Andel. SO if you have a few minutes, take some time and head to the gatcha festival here to check out the goodness!

I made it back to the hair fair just before it said goodbye! One thing I noticed alot of was different designs shaved into hairbases and styles to show them off but the hairbases aren't attached to a skin and only work with the 2.0 version of sl. Maybe these styles will prompt some old sl viewer users to make a switch to a 2.0 compatible viewer. I finally downloaded a new viewer with 2.0 capabilities but that functions like the old sl. I have to thank Barbie at the identity blog for makin me catch up on the times cause I wouldve kept my stubborn self on the old viewer. I checked out pheonix and emergence viewers and emergence seemed to work good for me once i changed the skin to the default sl one. I prolly need an overview of what else the 2.0 compatible version is capable of that i care about besides hairbases lol.

Either way hairbases were enough for me to make the switch, check out the goodness from the hair fair before they are gone!

i had to check it out. the build is great, i love the tents and the details in them, so kudos to the creator. im not gonna lie i got confused with the overall layout, i hit up many tents more than once and prolly skipped some and was going to give up before a friend passed me the url links, they were super helpful.

If you ever thought about creating a kid av...now is the time to do it...

Introducing the playhouse! If it looks familiar...its because it is, the playhouse is just like the dressing rooms we love...but for kids! I got to go a day early and check out all the great stuff for my kid av. My favorites this time around are definitely the kickrockz robot wooden necklace and the cute bytes swot hair. kickrockz stays creative pretty consistently when it comes to accessories, they also are a staple place to go for boys clothing and if you haven't been to cute bytes, you are missing out. They are the definition of creative. Cute bytes offers a little bit of everything fashion related and puts her cool mark on every piece.

suppers guys, this weeks 50l friday included a few of undergarments & bathing suits that are well done like the wild thing version from hoot. My favorite this week is the throwable textbook from scribble, its super cute and creative.

I couldn't find sugarcube's item but if you tp there they have 2 stores, one directly ahead of the tp point and one to the right of the mainstore. In the store off to the side if you go upstairs I found two bathing suits for 50l, so I included them in the pic. Sugarcube has lots of great stuff so check them out if you haven't been there before. happy shopping.

I had some time to check out the h&g hunt this past weekend, and i was super happy i took the time to do it c: The creators participating in the hunt were very generous. Some of the hiding spots were hard!(which is always fun, none were impossible). If you are struggling though, just join the group in world and ask for hints in chat, people are usually super helpful.(although i did run across 2 mark ass bustas during the hunt who wouldn't help others, i hope their pixels dont load for them today.) c:

Just when you thought the albero summer gatcha festival couldn't get any cooler...they did a refresh and have all new offerings out c: Make sure to check it out they have some super dope stuff. My favorite thing is definately the *Tweedle* mini rocket, its so creative and it poots stars c: There is something for everyone at this festival and for around $20-50l you have a wide variety of items to choose from. rbcg is re-opening the store and it looks like greatness!

we love covering creative stores that keep us on our toes with their newest releases, and rbcg definitely does that!

the owner of rbcg wears many hats in addition to creating super dope stuff, she runs project themeory, takes on custom build projects, manages a sim, and who knows what else!? plus she's just super friendly!

i went to check out rbcg today because i couldnt make the party yesterday and i was truely impressed with the new look. the store is welcoming, cozy, and organized. there are subscribe-omatics placed throughout the store, make sure to hit one up to stay updated on new releases.

as soon as you enter the store str8 ahead there's a free gift thats pretty "fly," hehe. make sure to pick it up. check out some snaps of the store as well as a few of my favorite items that include some super villan items and giant sunglasses (i love disguises since imma ninja) and the dream catcher is super cool!

It's been a minute since my last post. (HOW U doin? - Wendy Williams) I've been busy trying to restock the shelves at my store. Speaking of that, I know Urban Dollhouse mostly sells furniture but every now and then (when I'm bored) I like to build other misc items.

This time I chose to make the world famous Ed Lova "C'mon Son" sign. His videos always have me in stitches so I felt it was only right to bring it in world.

Now when you witness some extreme rachetness (and we ALL do) you can just whip out the sign, turn up your lip, click it, and say "C'mon Son!" It's reasonably priced at 150l, scripted to make noise and say random quotes when you click it so come get yours!

Sometimes we get bored and create new avs just because we like the last names available lol. Recently while doing this...we were shopping for clothes and shoes and big dookie found some great new [to us] shoes at HOC. We had been there before and picked up some stuff but some of their sneakers we hadn't seen before, and they definitely fit into our alt budget ranging from $30-$75l. They all are unisex and have color changing options. If you haven't been to HOC lately, its definitely worth the visit. Check out the shoes I picked up below, all below $75l!

Who says the day of courtship are over? Big dookie got me a pressie!! *jigs* He got these super dope letterman jackets customized with our names on em and in my favorite color [green!], lil poop & big dookie =] To make them even cooler than they are, the creator of the jackets (*FIR* Men's Clothing & Accessories) is super nice!! My adult av is a little curvy and I was having a hard time fitting the jacket and he went above and beyond the call of duty and fit it for me! The jackets are textured perfectly and full of details down to the buttons. Make sure to check out FIR and their great selection of clothes.

We are currently looking for cool places to rent a store and found a couple dope spots so far. One of them is -Zo.OmBiE V!lle. It's a dark looking shopping mall that houses a sewer system in the middle of the shops. As you enter the sewer system, you guessed it, you get attacked by zombies! There are plenty of places to run & hide or you can face em n take em down!

We made a few fits to get into the zombie theme and they are only available at this location. Check them out and the coolness of the sim here.

I have a few favorite places. They are my favorites because they keep things original, they keep new stuff coming out, always have quality items and just make stuff I like or need. When you hit any 3 of those criteria, your a dope store, but if you hit all 4...your my favorite. I don't have alot of favorite stores, but PreFabulous is one.

I was browsing around for houses the other day and went to my go to spot, Pre Fabulous. I've lived in one of their beach houses, their cabin, family homes, and my pigs enjoyed their barn =]Needless to say they keep me coming back. I am always impressed on the details of their textures and the layouts of all their structures. On my visit there I saw their newest home. A few pics are below and you can see some more on the xtreet listing here, but a picture doesn't really do the house justice. You definitely need to visit it in world to appreciate the details of the house itself and the textures and furniture made for it. My favorites spots in the house include the greenhouse pond, the walk in closets and the artist room. Its a large house, so I'm sure you'll find plenty of favorites too. Enjoy!
